COVID-19 Office Update

Our team is seeing patients for all dental care needs, including routine visits and emergencies.

We realize you might have some concerns about your health and safety due to COVID-19. But at our practice, you can have peace of mind knowing we’re taking all the necessary precautions to help protect you, your family, and our team. If you’re a new patient, don’t hesitate to give us a call. We’d love to get to know you!

Here is an overview of the added layers of protection we’ve implemented:

Airborne Infection Isolation Rooms (AIIRS) – The latest technology available, professionally installed to create a hospital-like setting that provides the greatest safety possible, especially for patients in the high-risk categories.

Pre-Screening – All patients are screened for symptoms prior to their appointment and before being taken to the operatory. Temperatures are taken with a touchless thermometer.

Social Distancing – Patients have the option to stay in their vehicle, fill out the pre-screening form, and receive a text when ready to be seen to reduce the number of patients in the waiting room. We’ve also extended appointments to reduce the number of patients in the office at the same time.

Enhanced Disinfection Protocols – In addition to the disinfection protocols we have always adhered to that follow the current CDC and ADA Guidelines, we are also performing hourly wipedowns of all touchable surfaces to help mitigate any spread of the virus.

Air Purifiers – We have installed air purifiers that removed 99.7% of airborne bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants to ensure the safest environment while at our office.

PPE – All of our providers must wear the proper PPE (N95 masks, gowns, and face shields) while working. All other staff and patients are also required to wear masks when in the office.

Hand Sanitizer – Available throughout the office.

Aerosol Reducing High-Speed Suction Adapters – These units reduce the amount of aerosol produced during cleanings and dental work to minimize risk to our staff and patients.

All of us are confident that our practice is one of the safest places you can be. We are fortunate to continue to provide our community with the essential dental healthcare it needs.
