Dr. Racha Fouad | American Dental Care - Doylestown PA

Dr. Racha Fouad

Dr. Racha Fouad joined American Dental Care in 2003 and is passionate about providing exceptional dentistry that can make a difference in her patient’s lives. She has been dedicated to pursuing excellence in the art and science of cosmetic dentistry offering her patients the most up-to-date treatments and procedures available.

Dr Fouad has received her certification in the field of short-term orthodontics, including Invsalign®, and has also completed comprehensive training programs in placement and restoration of implants and laser surgery. Her commitment to dentistry and her advanced technical skills enables her to offer aesthetically pleasing dental care while always keeping her patient’s comfort in mind.

Dr. Racha Fouad is from Alexandria, Egypt where she received her dental bachelor degree in 1995. She completed her dental education at University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry, receiving her degree in 2000 where she received special Honors and was a member of the OKU Honor Society. In 2003, Dr. Fouad completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Jaron Theis

Dr. Jaron Theis was raised in Williamsport, PA where he attended Lycoming College, graduating with a B.S. in Biology. Dr. Theis grew up with a love for art developed by his mother, an acrylic portrait artist. Being able to combine his passion for art and science led him to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr. Theis graduated Temple Kornberg School of Dentistry, receiving his DMD degree.

Dr. Theis prides himself on treating his patients like family and providing them the highest quality of care. He enjoys changing fearful patient’s outlook on dentistry by providing near painless injections and making them understand they are in control of the experience. Dr. Theis takes a wide variety of continuing education courses, focusing on cosmetic dentistry and dental implants, in order to provide his patients with the most up to date clinical techniques and technology in the field of dentistry. He strongly believes patient education and arming his patients with individualized oral hygiene instructions are one of his most important jobs. Don’t like string floss? Get ready to hear about the almighty flosser!

Dr. Theis currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife who is a pediatric dental resident. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, kayaking, golfing, and as a foodie, trying new restaurants. Dr. Theis loves football and although he is a 49ers fan, he has grown to love watching the Eagles win after living in the Philadelphia area.

Dr. Alex Benner

Dr. Alex Benner graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Science-Business and Chinese. He earned his DMD from Temple University, where he was awarded a scholarship for scholastic achievement and served as president of his class. Interestingly, he lived a number of years in China and graduated high school from the International School of Beijing.

Dr. Benner furthered his dental education at Jefferson Health – Abington Hospital, one of the country’s foremost residency programs. There he gained extensive experience in treating medically compromised patients, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and complete oral rehabilitation cases.

Dr. Benner strives to provide the highest level of comprehensive dental care with minimally invasive and conservative techniques. Because of his work in the field of implantology, he has been awarded as a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (www.icoi.org). He continues to pursue further education in implantology, attending multiple courses to become comprehensively trained in dental implants for “teeth in a day” or “all on 4” style tooth replacement as well as for placing implants in areas with limited or no bone.

In his free time, Dr. Benner is an avid tennis player and outdoorsman. He enjoys coaching and mentoring a middle school boys’ rowing program in faith, discipline, and excellence. He also sneaks out on motorcycle rides whenever possible.

Dr. Simon Oh | American Dental Care - Doylestown PA

Dr. Simon Oh

Dr. Simon Oh grew up in Maryland where he received his Bachelors of Science at the University of Maryland – College Park in Physiology and Neurobiology. He then graduated with honors at the University of Maryland Dental School, where he achieved the highest national board scores in his class. He was a member of several honors societies, including the OKU honors society, and won many scholarships for academic and clinical achievement. Dr. Oh was also the lead guitar player of his band, InciDental.

After finishing his dental education, Dr. Oh furthered his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. Here he received extensive inpatient and outpatient training in conditions ranging from impacted wisdom teeth and dental implants, to major facial reconstructive surgery. Dr. Oh is also a published author in the Journal of Maxillofacial Trauma.

Today, Dr. Oh has special interest in implant dentistry and outpatient oral surgery, as well as cosmetic and family dentistry. He focuses on delivering quality care to his patients, in the most pain-free manner possible. Dr. Oh enjoys spending time with his wife Sophie and their two dogs, Max and Mandi.
